I was going back and forth on whether to post this but seemed only fair honestly. I don’t want to give the impression that I’m all put together and sticking to it 100% every day. Today I’m guesstimating 1500kcal for the pictures stuff, plus some chocolate biscuits and a cider haha. I’m very consciously choosing to not let myself feel negatively about this – we all need days off!
